There are moments where I think the process of creating my dream life should look more exciting—with more spontaneous travel and skydiving-like adventures happening all the time. However, so many elements related to creating my dream life have been internal, subtle and intentional.
The dream life exists within the creative living—
- Intentionally curating my thoughts, energy and space.
- Taking the time to be mindful, thematic and ritualistic.
- Focusing on emotional healing, physical health, daily structure and rest.
- Allowing for more joy, ease, creativity, acceptance & expression.
And I found that creating art allows me to do many of these at once. So, the same creative act that expands my practice of allowing for ease and acceptance, also serves as the container for an intentional self-care ritual and an outlet of self-expression.
Experimenting with different forms of art and self-expression has been an ongoing pursuit—and one I am sharing with you now.
