It started with two packs.
When I first began creating affirmations — typing them up on my typewriter, cutting them, tucking them into every corner of my life, they naturally fell into two energies. The first was Inviting in Magic: affirmations about possibility, openness, calling in the beautiful and unexpected. The second was Acceptance & Release: the quieter, deeper work of letting go, forgiving, and finding peace with what is.
For a while, those two packs lived separately. And they made sense that way, because sometimes you're in a season of reaching, and sometimes you're in a season of releasing.

But over time, something shifted. I kept adding affirmations. Ones that had carried me through specific moments, a hard conversation, a new beginning, a morning when I really needed to hear something true. The packs grew. The line between them blurred. And eventually it became clear: these weren't two separate things. They were one practice.
So I combined them and kept going. What became the 150+ Positive Affirmation Pack is the fullest expression of everything I've believed about this work: that the magic and the release are part of the same journey. That you hold your thoughts, play with them, and slowly, from the inside out, you transform your life.
'My thoughts become my reality,' after all.

What's in the pack: 150+ affirmation slips, postcard, bonus affirmation 3" vinyl sticker, and a 'How to Use the Affirmations' card, all delivered in a clear, acid-free protective sleeve.

A few of my favorite ways to use the affirmation slips:
- Choose one a day at random
- Reflect on one, and journal on what comes up
- Fold and put into an affirmation jar
- Tape them to your mirror
- Say them out loud, or repeat them quietly to yourself
- Use while bullet/collage/junk journaling
- Visualize during a meditation
- Tuck into tiny corners of life: your car dashboard, your planner, etc.
- Use them while EFT tapping
- Roll into a tiny scroll and seal in a little spell jar with wax
- Use them during inner child/mirror work
- Leave for a friend to discover
- Release them into the wind
- Put onto a magnet sheet & cut into individual words to create positive fridge poetry
- Set an inspired intention
- Burn and release
- Use as a bookmark
- Incorporate into collage

However they find their way into your life, I hope they meet you exactly where you are. 🦋💫
