Some products just have a story, and this one is one of my favorites.
Introducing the Rocky Mountain High 🌿 Sticker Set — now available in my shop! But before you grab yours, let me take you behind the scenes of how this one came together, because it's genuinely one of the most personal projects I've made.
It Started with a Friend (and Her Plants)
My good friend Kristin — you might know her as @blueplanting on Instagram — grew these beautiful cannabis plants in Colorado. She has such a love and care for what she grows (literally HUNDREDS of plants in her cozy home), and honestly, watching her tend to her plants is its own kind of art!
She had placed these cannabis plants in her backyard, allowing them to grow lush and unruly. When harvest time was approaching, we knew we had to do something special to honor them before they were gone.
A Birthday Photoshoot (with the Plants as the Stars)
We did a full photoshoot to celebrate Kristin's 30th birthday — yes, with the plants. Because why not make it a whole moment? 🌿✨
It was one of those days that felt effortless and fun and creative all at once. We shot with the plants before the harvest, capturing them at their most lush and full. I'm so glad we did, because those photos are something we'll both have forever.

From Garden to Scanner
Kristin harvested the beautiful leaves, pressing some into a book and transferring them to me. It was time for the next step: scanning.
I carefully scanned the leaves to capture every detail — the texture, the shape, the way light plays through the serrated edges. Working with the actual plant material (rather than just drawing or photographing) gives the stickers this incredible organic realism that you just can't fake.
From there, it was all about designing the sticker layout — arranging the leaves, cleaning up the artwork, and getting them ready for print.
The Result
The Rocky Mountain High 🌿 Sticker Set is a full sheet of unique cannabis leaf stickers, printed on high-quality vinyl with a beautiful finish. They're perfect for laptops, water bottles, journals, or anywhere else you want a little Colorado spirit.
Every leaf on that sheet came from Kristin's garden. Every sticker carries a little piece of that birthday afternoon, that Colorado sunshine, and that friendship.
